How we use it
To respond to you, deliver the resources or courses you request, issue your certificate and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Your progress
Your progress, exam attempts and certificates are stored so you can pick up where you left off and prove what you completed.
What a company sees
If your seat was paid for by a company, that company sees your progress and completion on the course it assigned you: not your personal data beyond it.
Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep your session open and remember your language. Analytics, if enabled, only measures aggregate traffic.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the service work: payment processing, email delivery and hosting. Each handles the minimum it needs.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Card payments never touch our servers: the processor handles them end to end. For bank transfers and mobile payments we do keep the name, ID number, bank, reference and the receipt you upload — only to verify the payment, and only the admin team sees them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to global@gsafetys.com.
